The Role
Energy Storage Systems Component Verification is a new group within the Electromobility Test & Verification organization, with the responsibility of providing data to Product Owners within the ESS design organization. We are looking for a battery verification engineer with a passion for trying out new technologies, continuously improve and in the end contribute to creating better solutions that bring value to our company.
The assignment includes but is not limited to:
Battery cell and module testing according to test specification
Planning of verification scope including test setups and methodology
Execution of test according to test spec
Post processing of data
Test reporting
Testing will be performed both in-house but also at external locations, while travelling may be required from time to time.
Some other responsibilities may also come into consideration. These are activities such as, participate in specific testing e.g. within battery thermal component verification, electrochemical verification or other areas. You will also be a part of the continuous improvement work within our area.
To succeed in this role, you need
Experience or education related to batteries or hardware verification
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
It is meritorious if you have a driving license B
We believe that you are a person with great communication skills, who can proactively plan and organize work tasks together with other team members. You always have an eye out for improvements in our way of working and can take own initiatives to help and develop our team.
