Work tasks (Arbetsuppgifter) include advanced specification, design, implementation and test of signal processing applications for wireless communication systems.
Competence requirements: (Utbildning/Erfarenhet:)
Applicants shall have a Master of Science degree in Electrical engineering or similar with direction towards wireless communication. Applicants shall also have proven work experience from the field of wireless receivers in radio base stations. Deep knowledge in embedded real-time SW design in C or C++ including DSP target platforms is required. Applicants shall have knowledge in signal processing algorithm for wireless receivers and hands on experience of using MATLAB for baseband reference modelling. Experience and knowledge of the physical layer (layer 1, baseband) of the air interface specifications for WCDMA, WiMAX 802.16e or LTE is required.
Experience of outsourcing of baseband operations to new teams in new locations are qualifying.
Employment conditions: (Anställnings villkor)
The employment is full time (40 hours/week) and permanent with monthly salary.
The terms and conditions are stipulated in the collective agreement between the Almega IT Employers Association and Unionen/Sveriges Ingenjörer/ Jusek/Civilekonomerna. Holidays are accrued from the beginning of the year and used during that calender year
The employee is entitled to legislated right to paid leave, 25 days/year. Flexible working hours is used, normal office hours are 8.00 A.M to 5.00 P.M.
