Responsibilities BTS System Design
Interpreting market requirements and defining product requirements
Participate in Network and BTS level functional design
Defining requirements on BTS and sub-unit level
Participate in pre-studies and pre-development
Making cost/performance evaluations
Qualifications Required
Expert level experience, Base-Station System Design
More than 10 years experience in BTS development with focus on hardware
Broad understanding of mobile access standards of today and for the future
Master degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
Additional skills required
Fluent speaking and writing in English
Good communications and presentation skills
The ability to communicate and work in multicultural team environment
The ability to develop innovative solutions and prove them
