The Base Station System design R&D department focuses on pre-development and innovative ideas for next generation BTS for the Radio Access Networks. The work is mainly in the form of pre-studies and/or technology studies. The Sweden R&D centre is a global Massive MIMO and multi-antenna BTS competence centre. We are offering a challenging position and the opportunity to grow with us in a small team with very competent staff
Base Station System HW Architect
Responsibilities
Generate and evaluate innovative ideas for next generation base stations to increase network and end-user capacity and at the same time decrease power consumption.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience from R&D of Base Station System design or 5 years experience of system design for AESA radar or space applications.
Baseband HW and baseband architect experience or Multi-antenna system RF HW experience is a merit.

This is a position at our R&D office in Gothenburg, Sweden. Travelling is expected, frequently to the Swedish R&D head office in Stockholm (Kista) and also some traveling within Europe and to China.
