We need a part time, permanent bar person. The breakdown of what the position involves is below:
• 22 hours per week
• In addition to the above 22 hours the person will also provide holiday and sickness cover for the two full time bar staff. This will be approximately an additional 50 days a year
• A mature person is needed with previous experience and they must be able to provide references
• A flexible attitude is essential
• Able to perform all bar duties on their own (kitchen staff will always be on the premises)
• Trustworthy and honest
• Able (with training and experience) to perform the daily opening and closing procedures
• Perform cleaning duties
• Serve customers
• Must speak English
• Be presentable and friendly
• Be a team player
