We have been open since early 2015 and are receiving more and more international focus. We are a feminist/LGBTAI+/queer space who are looking for a person who shares our values and can help us better cater to tourists.
It is a cozy but sometimes/often a fast-paced environment, your tasks will vary day to day and you need to be flexible enough to take shifts at the last minute.
We are looking for someone who can work 65% as a barista/supervisor of our café.Having had some organisational difficult early this year, we will need your help to re-organise our staff time schedules, email and complaint respondance, media and communications, logistics and inventory. If you are not scared off by hard work and challenges while working with an interesting team then this is the position for you!
Qualifications:
Service-minded
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English. Preferably a basic understanding/interest of contemporary art Have an international background Experience working in an LGBTAI+ environment
Volunteer work for example for vulnerable communities Communication experience is highly valued
Excellent organisation skills
Preferably have french, german and/or spanish as a second language
