Description:
Möja Värdshus & Bageri situated in the Stockholm Archipelago is looking for a baker who wants to run "his or her own bakery" in collaboration with our head chef. The bakery has a long tradition producing bread, cakes as well as pastry. During off season we mainly bake for our restaurants but in the summer the bakery turns in to a very busy workplace delivering bread to both our own café, other restaurants and to sailers passing by,
The successful candidate has a solid and working knowledge in the production process of a bakery. A good understanding of the techniques to produce bread with sourdough, yeast and other formation is a must.
You will be joined by junior bakers to help you with the daily operation.
Möja is a real paradise in the summer so this is the perfect opportunity to combine work and pleasure.
