TÜV NORD Scandinavia is growing. We are therefore looking for a new colleague in backoffice HR/Administration to join our team and business in Helsingborg.

About us
TÜV NORD Scandinavia is a part of the international global service provider TÜV NORD Group. Our branches are located in more than 80 countries all over the world. We are accredited by Swedac as a control organization and certification organization in relevant business areas, focused on containers and pipes, materials and welding. We are also a notified organization within the EU, for PED, and perform control and certification tasks with material suppliers based on our own and German accreditation.

Your role
We are looking for a person who wants to work with various tasks in backoffice HR/Administration. The role are roughly divided between 40% HR administration and 60% other backoffice/administration as below.

The HR part involves work such as:

• Complete document package for staff employment/dismissal, employer certificates
• Participation and organizing introduction meeting for new employees
• Establishing employee accounts in internal systems
• Employees reimbursement documents (collect, check and store)
• Contacts with various unions
• Insurances for the staff
• Be a help and support for company management in personnel-related matter

The administrative part involves work with:

• Handling office rental contracts
• Phone subscriptions and hardware
• Contract management (all contracts incoming/outgoing)
• Web page - update and follow up
• Central line - customer reply
• Office - maintenance, other office related topics
• Handling post/email correspondence
• Meetings and event organization
• Overall insurances for the Company
• Support and assistance to CEO and FCO regarding administrative tasks

The role naturally also includes close collaboration with your other colleagues with varying tasks such as e.g. routines, processes, statistics, communication, marketing, etc.

This is a position for the person who wants to develop within a broad and varied administrative role. The position may involve travel both within the country and abroad. You will be stationed at and based out of our pleasant office in Helsingborg. You will report to our CEO in Riga, Latvia.

Job start immediately according to agreement.

Your background
We prefer that you have previous administration experience and office skills. In other words, you are used to communicating with colleagues and customers over the phone or via email. You have good IT/computer skills (Office programs) and are used to working in business systems. You are fluent in Swedish and English at a professional level in both speech and writing.

In order to be successful in the role of our employee in back office/administration, we would like you to have:

• Education in HR/personnel or finance
• At least 3-5 years of experience in similar work from a small/medium-sized company
• Experience with various business, personnel & finance systems
• Very good computer skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English at a professional level
• B driver's license

You are a happy and energetic person with a flexible mindset. As a person, you are driven and proactive with a "just do it" attitude. At the same time, you have a good structure in your work. Your flexible mindset means that you also like to perform tasks that are outside of your regular role. You like to work independently and enjoy taking personal responsibility, but at the same time you are a good team player who finds it easy to collaborate and communicate with your other colleagues.
