We are an entrepreneurially driven start up company looking for individuals with energy and high aspirations to join our constantly growing team.
We are in the mist of launching a ground-breaking Internet service with cutting-edge IT technologies and need to find suitable programmers for our project.
We are looking for developers with previous experience of building scalable, fast and maintainable solutions for the web. You are experienced, motivated and ready to work under pressure together with our Team towards building a perfect platform.

Requirements:

Proficient in PHP programming, have 2+ years work experience in large-scale PHP application development.
Proficiency with CakePHP framework
Have PHP Unit Test experience, Familiar with Xdebug.
Familiar with LAMP stack, capable of setting up environment in Cloud Infrastructure
Self-motivated engineer who can take the initiative and work effectively both
independently and as part of a team of engineers
Familiar with software development life-cycle and agile methodology, TTD is preferable.

We'd love to see:
Shell/Python programming skill
Experience of PHP cache system, like sphinx.
Basic knowledge of front end development, (HTML, CSS, Jquery)
Experience with SNS web service mashup
Comfortable working in a Linux environment with a VCS (we use Subversion)
