Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services.
Take part in decision-making and implementation processes related to system architecture.
Contribute to complex engineering problems, often where the solution isn't immediately clear.
Ensure high standards in code quality and participate actively in peer reviews.
Participate in planning, discovering solutions, and initiating and driving innovations and improvements.
Support junior engineers through mentoring and the sharing of expertise.
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stay up to date with backend development trends and introduce improvements where relevant.
What you'll bring to the team
4+ years of experience in Java development.
Solid knowledge of architecture patterns, performance optimization, and scalability principles.
Experience in developing high-performance, high-load, scalable systems.
Passion for technical excellence and ability to write clean, maintainable code.
Strong set of soft skills, including effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities, ability to clearly articulate ideas and solutions.
Excellent English, both spoken and written.
