About the position
Perido is currently looking for a Backend developer for our customer Merkle. Together with its global network, Merkle is the market leader in CXM, customer experience management, and provides services in strategy, digital transformation, data & analysis, and platform development. Merkle is also part of Dentsu, one of the world's largest agency networks, and with its complete service offering, they're are an extraordinary partner. The position is located in Stockholm. You are given great freedom in how you want to work remotely but are expected to be in the office at least one day a week.
Your daily tasks
Your primary duties will revolve around work in project form and developing digital solutions. The projects can be about, for example, websites, apps or implementations of e.g. Web platforms and e-commerce portals. You collaborate with other developers, UX specialists and designers. Close cooperation also takes place with the Danish colleagues in Copenhagen, where Merkle's Techhub is located. The technical environment consists, among other things, of work in Drupal, PHP and WordPress. The team you belong to currently consists of a backend developer, two frontend developers and a content manager.
Your characteristics
We believe you are a person looking for the next big challenge in the industry. You have a few years of experience in the profession and you're flexible, positive, cooperative, and happy to share your own ideas. You are also humble and approach both new working days and more knowledge with a large dose of curiosity. Furthermore, you are a detail-focused person who likes technology and problem solving. Perhaps you also have an interest in communication and advertising?

Qualifications:
Relevant post-secondary education
Very good knowledge of Drupal and PHP
You express yourself very well in speech and writing
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious
Knowledge of Pantheon and WordPress
Knowledge of .Net
Interest in communication and creating unique customer relationships
Experience in front-end development (React, Vue or other frameworks)
Contract type and hours
Full time, permanent employment at Merkle. Start immediately.
