hela Sverige Instabox is a growing tech startup that wants to change the logistics industry. We deliver your parcel to one of our smart boxes, seven days a week, as it should be. You pick it up with a pin code, without ever having to spend a second waiting in line.
We started in 2015 with the first line of code written in a small basement in Stockholm. Today, we can proudly say that we still write our own code and that we now have over 350 smart boxes across the country.
We break new ground on a daily basis and our users keep getting amazed by our fast and convenient express deliveries. Since we are developing our own technology we can control everything from architecture to technology choices.
Job Description
In order to be able to deliver a good shipping experience, we are looking for you who want to be involved in building our logistics systems. As we build everything in-house, you will be part of projects like developing our app for our drivers, systems for our route planning and sorting systems. You will work closely with our Production Department, which is the core of our business. In your role as a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our shipping and logistics service is as efficient and innovative as possible - with new technology and groundbreaking systems. You will work in Nodejs, Mongodb, Elasticsearch and MQTT.
Who are we looking for?
• You love to code and are passionate about building effective systems and to create something from scratch.
• It is an advantage if you have a Bsc or Msc in Computer Science or related discipline.
• You have been working in Nodejs and MongoDB and it is an advantage if you have good knowledge in Python.
• At least 3 years experience as a Backend Developer.
• You like to work with a holistic view where you also bring the hardware into focus.
• Good English skills, verbally and written.
As a person you like to take own initiatives and to work result-oriented. You have good analytical and problem solving skills - always striving to find new solutions. You are a driven team player that enjoys working but also to have fun while doing it.

You will work closely with our Developers who are all passionate about building our products. Our office is located at Medborgarplatsen where you will sit together with our Tech team. Our Tech team consists of 13 people and you will report to CTO.
