Some of the responsibilities are:
• Responsible for performing controls and reconciliations of Treasury transactions performed by Front Office.
• Responsible for control and confirmation of FX deals and daily settlements to counterparties
• Responsible for reconciliation and monthly closing of Treasury accounts
• Responsible for Collateral Management
• Responsible for documentation of monthly closing
• Responsible for updates of static data in Treasury system (Twin)
• Responsible for import control of FX and interest rates to Treasury system (Twin)
• Responsible for the Hedge Accounting
• Hedge accounting including principle/ documentation
• Reporting to Head of Treasury /Group/CFO / Treasury meetings
• Perform daily settlements to counterparties correct and timely
• Perform the monthly closing of Treasury including reconciliation of Navision/Twin and file transfer
• Ensure that hedge accounting principles/ documentation is up to date
• Participate in external as well as internal audits
• Ensure that instructions, guideline and process charts are up to date within the responsible area.
• Participate in projects related to Treasury

Professional skills & qualifications
Broad understanding of the foundations of banking and broad background from Back Office.
• Degree in accounting / finance / economics
• Good knowledge from Treasury system and in MS-Office suite, specifically Excel
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Experience
Experience from financial accounting and settlements
• Minimum 2 years' experience with relevant accounting/back office tasks, experience from the finance sector is a definite plus.
• Experience with and knowledge of back office tasks related to derivative instruments and/or hedge accounting is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of banking instruments, procedures
• Proven ability to deliver result
