What will you do?
• Join a rapidly scaling fintech startup
• Collaborate with world-classengineersin the Minna engineering community
• Work in a fully autonomous and cross-functional team
• Build cutting-edge user-friendly applications
Your background
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Analytical and data-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Experience with building back-end services that are scalable, highly available, and with low latency
• Experience/knowledge of distributed system frameworks/languages like Akka, Go, Elixir, Spark
• Experience with both document and key-value NoSQL databases
• Ability to write elegant, efficient, easy to understand, and powerful code
• You understand how important user-friendliness is
• You enjoy working in agile teams of 5-10 great talents
• You are a true problem-solver
• You have knowledge of web technologies and how they evolve
• You are analytical and data-driven
• You are humble, service-minded, and a strong communicator
• You put team success above personal success
