Are you a back-end developer with a passion for technology and the willingness to develop a Marketplace channel with digital payment solutions. Modis Sweden are looking for a Backend Developer for our customer in Gothenburg
Key Responsibilities:
You will be working with a small team, set up to implement a payment solution for our new Marketplace product.
* Backend implementation of a Payment Service Provider
* Full integration with systems design
* Develop software applications - mainly back-end development, but some front-end knowledge is highly valued
* Actively contribute to the solution design
* To recommend technical solutions based on the understanding of the business and the user flow
* Deploy, operate and maintain our applications including driving continuous improvement for better quality, functionality and cost effectiveness.
Competence Profile:
Your personality is your major reason for success, but we think you also have:
* A University degree in software engineering, computer science or similar education
* Minimum 5-Years ' Experience as Application Developer
* Good knowledge of Java 8 and Spring
* GraphQL, REST and AWS knowledge
* React, Webpack & Babel, Jest test framework is considered as a huge plus
* Experience of e-commerce and digital payment solutions is considered as a huge plus
* Experience in both front- and back-end is a bonus
* Knowledge in asynchronous programming, micro service architecture, cloud services, test automation frameworks
* Experience from mobile (connected) applications is also a great advantage
* Fluent in Swedish and English - both written and spoken
* Valid work-permit for Sweden, if not EU-citizen
