The Sinch SDK allows 3rd party application developers to integrate Real Time Communication features like Voice Calling and Instant Messaging into their applications and services. We are at the forefront of the VoIP and WebRTC industry, and take pride in creating simple and innovative solutions for our customers.
Your job
As a Back Office engineer you are part of our Operations Department and NOC team and will be the driving force in building our new NOC function. You will be the focal point of contact towards our partners for technical problems and service related questions as well as responsible for the back office functions internally. You have full control of our live traffic, you will configure our backend as well as analyze and trouble shoot possible issues. Our platform is complex but you always have our talented Dev teams and IT guys to back you up when needed. You report to our Head of Operations.
Your profile
To be a fit we assume you are in one or more of the following domains:
SQL, System specialist, developer, IT, VoIP, Telecom.
You have a technical background and are more of a generalist rather than a specialist. You think SQL is hot stuff and love new challenges. Previous experience from similar roles is a great advantage. You are driven, have no problems multitasking and get inspired by being part of building a new team as we grow.
