Back Office Core Engineer/ Ingenjör till Back Office Core
We are looking for a Back Office Core Engineer withexperience from Mobile & Fixed AXE Core Telecom development. If you are considering the challenge of an Engineer position in the Managed Services this may be the opportunity you've been looking for. We are offering a challenging positionin our Core & VAS Operations team,and the opportunity to grow in a world leading company.
Main responsibilities:
• Preparing of Low Level Design, including providing valuable technical inputs in the interface between High Level Design and LLD.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design practices and network implementation process.
• Coordination with relevant departments, 3rd party Venndors and The Operator for technical issues.
• Level-3 / Level-4 level fault restoration (Incident and Problem) and Configuration/Change management.
• Ensure Back Office operations services are delivered according to SLA, and contribute to customer satisfaction.
• Emergency restoration procedure and processes oriented.
• Act as contact point for incidents from various functions like NOC, IPM etc.
• Participate in Preventive service maintenance.
• Participate in Performance management and KPI analysis.
• Prepares Incident /Root Cause Analysis reports.
Qualifications:
• Operator or Vendor related hands-on experience of minimum 5 years (preferable experience from multi vendor environment).
• Working level experience and excellent troubleshooting skills on NSN MSC, MSS, MGW, HLR, SRR, HiS700, OneNDS and Ericsson Fixed AXE Core TSS and MGW.
• Excellent understanding and work experience on ISUP, SIP, INAP, ISDN, BSSAP, IP protocols etc.
• Excellent understanding and working experience in interfaces between different Core related network elements.
• Excellent knowledge in Mobile Core Telecom (2G,3G,4G) + Fixed AXE Core.
• Good analytic and investigations skills related to Incident/Problems (Root Cause Analysis).
• Computer and general IS/IT knowledge and general programming skills.
• Mobile and/or fixed telecom operator and/or vendor experience.
