Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:

You will be part of a growing team with international clients, where your job consists of support, administration, and ad hoc services. You will be supporting the Destination Services team with administrative tasks, such as register incoming orders in existing CRM system, create customer files and assist the team with online tracking of ongoing cases. This includes reviewing required client documentation and filing. You will also support managers and team leaders in the weekly reporting. Ad hoc services and office administration is also part of the daily job. You will procure office supplies and give a helping hand to all Human Entrance employees, as an internal and external ambassador for our brand.

Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:

Would you like to work in an international, fast paced and highly service minded environment? Human Entrance is looking for a back-office coordinator at our office in Stockholm. Experience We require that you have experience from administration and/or customer service. Preferable also personal experience from working and living abroad. Language You need to be fluent in both English and Swedish, and any additional languages are highly favorable. Qualification You need to be highly IT literate and familiar with working in different reporting and online tracking systems such as CRM and ERP systems. We work in a PC environment and you need to be skilled within the Microsoft office suit.
