Back Office Agent, based in Berlin, Germany:

ODIGEO, Europe’s largest Online Travel Agency, resulting from a merge of eDreams, GoVoyages, Opodo and Travellink is looking for a Back Office Agent based in Berlin, Germany.

We are looking for a professional Back Office Agent to our personalized service for our corporate customers. Our Corporate Customer Service handles incoming calls for new bookings and also guides our customers on our own reservation tool on the web.

You will be a part of our Nordic team (Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland) but you will be based in Berlin, Germany.

Your main responsibilities will be: 

A Back Office Agent will be handling ticket re-issuance, refunds, schedule changes, manual ticketing for group travel department and general queue management, and also assisting our Travel team with complex bookings and interpretation of fare rule for different Airlines.
We work in Amadeus, Antares and also BSP accounting

Required Skills

• Previous experience of Back Office tasks
• Proficient or very good knowledge in Amadeus reservation system (GDS)
• Very good knowledge in the English language both spoken and written

  Characteristics required succeeding in Odigeo:

• Customer oriented
• Stress resistant
• Be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
• Goal oriented
