A share register represents the core of corporate governance, the ownership, current and with all history attached. Yet the most common way of keeping a share register is manually, either analogy with pen & paper or digitally in excel or word. As you can imagine mistakes are made and therefore time spent on administration is way out proportion limiting the usage of the underlying data.
A digital tool fully committed to keeping a share register as easy as possible represent tremendous opportunity as a service for this very purpose but also by facilitating and administrating trade in an exploding private market.

As a back-ender and a key member of our small team your main tasks will be,
Develop, maintain, improve, and deploy our offerings...
• but focus is on new development

You've probably been playing with technology and software since you were a kid and if you are a fan of old Nintendo games it is a plus with our CTO
Key skills
Experience from and comfortable with an agile development methodology
Awesome at (or aspiring to be) using Javascript or similar technologies
Comfortable learning new technologies quickly
Working as a senior team member in scrum methodology
Knowledgeable within mySQL
You are familiar with and understand the basics of cloud services (absolutely perfect if AWS)
Meriting Infrastructure-as-a-code: Terraform, Ansible
• Containers: Kubernetes
• Frameworks: GraphQL (Apollo Server), Vue, React
• Devops
