In this role you will perform business analysis and design either alone delivering small to medium size business change activities; or as a member or lead of a BA team in a large or global business change. This role operates with a high level of interactive communication, demonstrating high levels of inclusion and cultural sensitivity. The role will partner with the Business Relationship Manager, being accountable for delivering high quality business cases, business process designs and ensure that proposed solutions meet established AstraZeneca quality and compliance standards and business solution needs. You will share best practices in relevant communities of practice, contributing to internal IT processes and standards for business analysis and design.
What you'll do
In this role you will be the Quality Assurance domain expert and operate at a functional level in assessing and defining business needs and areas for improvement. You will be responsible for Business Analysis Planning and be accountable for the performance and quality of analytical work delivered by both yourself and by others. As the BA/PM/SCRUM Hybrid you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, and will perform analysis and contribute to communication plans and change management projects for their business areas.
You will also:
* Collaborate with Process Owners to optimize business process performance, capability and competitiveness; with IT Architecture, Delivery and Support to ensure clear understanding of requirements and effective testing so that the solutions delivered to the business are efficient and effective
* Work with Solution Evaluation - analyzing and assessing solution proposals
Requirements
To succeed we believe that you have previously deployed a variety of business analysis tools/techniques to enable business change. You are experienced in working with complex integrated systems and use creative and critical thinking to deliver outstanding results. This role needs you who has the will and ability to engage, mentor and develop others, as well as communicate and influence on all levels. This includes virtual collaboration to lead, shape and develop innovative solutions. You have experience of working in a regulated environment and working with third party suppliers.
Desirable:
* Degree in relevant field or formal certification in business analysis practice
* Lean SIGMA training
* Practical usage of Agile Methodology
