Mission statement The Business Area (BA) manager is responsible to drive the growth, profit and cash flow in the area of Precision Stamping and Injection Molding. He or she should establish and manage a BA management team with the appropriate resources. The BA manager should strengthen and develop the operational companies within the BA. A special responsibility for the BA manager is to develop the business-critical skills and competencies needed in the Business Area. This is especially true for manufacturing technology and machines and the operational processes needed in the BA in order to excel. He or she should be member of the board of directors for the relevant group companies. The BA Manager role will be combined with the role as managing director for AQ Plast AB. The Business Area manager reports to AQ Group's CEO. Your profile You should have an entrepreneurial mindset and be capable of understanding how we deliver value to our customers and get paid for it. You have a solid experience from the manufacturing industry with high performing and demanding customers and are genuinely interested in people, technology and production. Technical competence within injection molding industry is a merit. You are a strong people leader with proven leadership experience, and you share our core values. You are result oriented and capable of delivering the targets in close cooperation with your team. You have excellent communication skills in English, both in writing and speaking. It is a requirement to master the Swedish language. You have been a general manager responsible for the P&L and balance sheet in a company or an operational unit. You should be interested in negotiations and business.
