Managed Services is a vital part of Ericsson's offering to the market. Managed Services Business area provides operations services, works with products from both Networks and Digital Services as well as multivendor services in both optimization and Managed Services.
Business Area Managed Services is accountable for the Delivery Flows 'Operate' and 'Optimize', and in addition, we host the four GSCs who will continue to cater for the country aspect of our Delivery capabilities.
The position is within BA Managed Services and reports to Head of BMAS Marketing & Communications.
Job description
As BA Managed Services Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for activation and execution of activities in the BA Managed Services marketing plan as well as supporting other BA Marketing & Communications activities as needed.
You will be driving activation of marketing content in different channels and ensuring that appropriate activities and campaigns are put in place and followed up to support business needs. This will be done in close collaboration with the sales support teams in our three Product Areas; BA Marketing and BA External Communications responsibles and relevant stakeholders in Group Function Marketing & Corporate Relations.
This role includes supporting BA Managed Services events; Managed Services participation in global events/activities and multi media requests.
In order to be successful in this role you will be creative, design impactful content and have insights into how to measure that impact.
You will have a digital first approach.
You will also have the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with colleagues within BA Managed Services; Group Function Marketing & Corporate Relations, other Business Areas and Market Areas.
The role is an operational individual contributor role and you will work closely with the BMAS Head of Marketing and the rest of the BMAS M&C team.

for executing on our plans with high quality on time.
Responsibilities & Tasks
• Responsible for planning and execution of prioritized Managed Services marketing activities including creative development, message crafting, and content asset
plans.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in BMAS M&C team and GF/BA/MA M&C
• Drive measurement of activities ensuring reuse of insights & feedback to stakeholders
• Providing marketing communications support in internal and external events/activities
• Responsible for multi media support for Head of Business Area Managed Services as needed.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements
• Interest in Marketing & Communications and a willingess to learn and develop in this area
• Interest & a flare for multimedia (video etc)
• Creativity & innovation
• Positive "can do" attitude
Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
• Marketing experience is preferred but not a must have
