hela Sverige Our client is now expanding their Nordic service organization in Kista, Sweden and is now looking for an engaged and dedicated B2B Technical Support Engineer to support the B2B Division. This is a fulltime position and is expected to start as soon as possible!
Dina arbetsuppgifter i huvudsak
You will be working with:
• Identify and analyze quality issues on LED/LFD/HTV products
• Advanced diagnose and troubleshooting of LED/LFD/HTV products
• Support service partners with training and guidelines
• Support technical engineer in daily operation within Nordics
• Escalate product quality issues to production and development operations
• Manage implementation of new system logics and follow up with partners
• Identify and solve critical issues in end customer environments
• Support presales and post sales issues on site and partner pilot tests
• Support problem solving task-force activities for products and solutions
• within the B2B division
• KPI management and analyzing data
Vem är du?
We are looking for a person who has a genuine interest in B2B electronics and aftersales. You should be B2B oriented and responsive to their business issues. To be successful in the role you need to be energetic and self-propelled with a short learning and the ability to find new solutions to complex problems.
Suitable background:
• Experience from working with service and support of LED/LFD/HTV products
• Knowledge from working with Magic Info, Reach solution, TeamViewer and LSM
• Broad experience in solutions and technical support from professional LED/LFD/HTV business
• Strong knowledge of IT-infrastructure management and IT department operations
• Good knowledge and understanding of both software and hardware of modern LED/LFD/HTV products
• Technical degree preferred, alternatively exceptional track record
