As the B2B Support Agent, you will focus, troubleshoot and support each individual customer and be careful not to miss any important information. You will also be responsible for handling cases by telephone and mail, follow up selected cases to ensure that solutions are preformed according to the agreement, correctly register customer interactions and contacts to ensure the best possible experience. As the B3B Support Agent you will also translate text for manuals, web pages and other informative messages into the language of the country the agent represents. In addition to the B2B support services, you will perform such tasks within your job skills and knowledge as may be requires by the client.

Kvalifikationer• You have experience of Outlook, Excel and Word
• You have experience from Technical Support by phone from similar products
• You can communicate in Danish or Norwegian
• We would like for you to have experience in technical support

Fulltime. Our client would like you to start immediately and the assignment is expected to run until 2021-04-23 with possibility to an extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant with our exciting customer.
