hela Sverige Join our Nordic Customer Service Center in Malmö/Hyllie and help us to reach our mission to exceed our customers' expectations. This is a great opportunity to gain working experience from the finance and banking industry. You will have the chance to work with the Norwegian B2B team and start with a couple of days training and the training will be during daytime Monday - Friday 9-16.
Let's make a difference in finance for the many people
Your primary responsibility is to communicate and give service to our Norwegian business customers. Communication is done via phone, both inbound and outbound calls and e-mail. You will also onboard and handle leasing agreements. Together with your colleagues, you offer our services based on the client's needs and provide adaptive solutions. You are service-minded and contribute actively to drive the business forward. Ikano Bank offers simple and good services on fair terms.
Daily tasks will consist of:
• Validate, register and start agreements
• Remarkable customer service of ongoing agreements
• Ad hoc activities
• Service more of the many by phone and email including business to business and private customers.

We are looking for a responsible, flexible Co-worker who has the ability to see the big picture. You have a strong customer focus and a sense of service and a genuine interest in everyday sales and finances.
• You are preferably studying finance and have at least 1 year of studies left before you graduate.
• You are available to work fulltime during some school holidays.
• You are available to work about 10-15 hours/week scheduled time
• As a person you are passionate about service, and you are driven by sales.
• Fluent in either the Swedish or Norwegian language, both written and spoken is required.
