4 Steps on how to avoid an inspiring and challenging job of a
B2B Sales Consultant/Sales Manager
1. Do not take any responsibilities. You might develop your professional skills and experience.
As a Sales Consultant/Sales Manager you will proactively, with persistency, set meetings with large IT and consultancy companies to market and sell them the benefits of partnering at our invitation only events.
Your professional skills will automatically develop as you use your communication, marketing and sales skills to reach your pre-set activity targets and to meet your budgets. As a side effect of your daily work, you will be able to create an enviable network of top names in the business scene.
2. Do not take any tasks involving foreign affairs. You might interact with people from other cultures and accidentally improve your language skills.
You will be encouraged and given regular opportunities to cooperate with your international colleagues through sharing ideas and experiences, cross-selling and training together couple of times a year. For this reason you must be able to communicate comfortably in English. Apart from natively speaking and writing Swedish, any other language is a plus but not a necessity.
3. Do not socialize with your colleagues. You might make new friends and have fun at work.

We are not too particular about past work experience but the experience that does get us thrilled is your personal success in B2B sales for maximum of 2-3 years. However, what is more important to us is your attitude, clear understanding of what is required from you to succeed in sales, your growth potential and energy. We believe smart people can learn new skills and we are willing to invest in training and coaching you to be successful in your role. Business education, as well as an interest to keep up with what happens on the Swedish business climate will take you a step further towards your goals.
