Management Events is the premier platform for connecting tech companies with key decision-makers to explore potential business collaborations. To support our ambitious growth plans, we are now looking for an experienced B2B Account Manager who wants to become part of our dynamic and fast-growing B2B organization. In this role, you will play a crucial role in helping companies grow by being responsible for the entire B2B sales cycle, as well as contributing to our growth by opening new accounts in the Swedish market and taking advantage of an attractive commission structure.

Your task:
Identify and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
Connect with potential customers through strategic communication via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Conduct needs analyses to identify customer problems and tailor solutions.
Build trust through expertise and consultative selling.
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Drive customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships through excellent service.
Collaborate with functions and teams to achieve common goals and optimize customer satisfaction and sales goals.
Continue to develop your skills to stay ahead of market trends and customer needs.

About you:
Documented experience in B2B sales.
A self-motivated person with a high work ethic and a strong will to succeed.
Experience of a fast-paced and goal-oriented work environment.
Ability to build relationships and trust with customers.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Swedish and English.

High earning potential with base salary, unlimited commissions, and quarterly bonuses.
