The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for the technical delivery and management of services offered by IT Operations. They have an end-to-end responsibility, including scoping, maintenance, improvement and collaboration with relevant business stakeholders directly or via the IT Service Manager.
The Infrastructure Engineer is also expected to provide feedback and suggestions towards regarding external vendors in relation the IT portfolio, as well as own the technical contact with their relevant counterparts. Their responsibilities extend across all operating regions and entities within Vizrt Group.
About the Role:
You will set and enforce policies/procedures for computer systems operation and data processing
You will ensure availability of required hardware, software and other tools necessary for the delivery of high quality IT services
You will carry out analysis of the organizations IT structure to identify operational leaks and propose actions for improvement
You will oversee the maintenance, repair and replacement of IT owned infrastructure components
You will participate and/or conduct investigations/forecasts to identify possible future IT challenges and propose/take steps to minimize risk
You will work with the understanding of the IT budget to achieve operational objectives and targets
You will maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hardware, software and general IT systems by studying relevant publications and participating in educational programs
You will help to maintain and validate an accurate inventory of hardware, software and It service related tools
You will ensure the security and integrity of information and systems within the organization in collaboration with the IT Security group
You will serve as 2nd/3rd line IT support towards the organization and the On-site Technicians
Requirements
You have experience working in multi-cultural environments
You have worked in organizations that collaborate over several time zones
You have 3-5 years of experience in Azure Intune and Autopilot
You have 3 - 5 years of prior experience in Entra and Microsoft Software Distribution
You have prior experience working with Atlassian Suite experience
You are naturally organized and structured

The Stockholm office has approximately 70 employees from more than 20 different nationalities represented at the office. We are in a brand-new office in Lilla Bantorget, 6 min walk from the central station in Stockholm.
