A Cloud Engineer (CE) designs, builds and/or manages (Ericsson adapted) public cloud environments and solutions. A Cloud Engineer also drives the development of shared (Ericsson) public cloud platforms and supports engineering teams in cloud adoption and cloud transformation. We work in Agile methodology and practices.
What you will do
Design, build and/or manage cloud environments and solutions and products/services in public cloud environments according to Ericsson's cloud strategy, customer needs and target architecture
Develop design and implement new technologies
Joint planning in sprints and develop user stories
Document implementation of solutions by developing relevant flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code
Support in cloud adoption and transformation
Develop cloud service requirement and configurations
Work within delivery teams to support cloud adoption and define how to deliver and operate services/products in the cloud
Support application teams e g with onboarding support and cloud migrations or new cloud native solutions
Share knowledge about cloud options and key public cloud offerings
Actively participate in public cloud Communities of Practice/Interest
You will bring
Experience in Cloud Technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Container, Microservices, spring boot)
Experience in Cloud Networking/Storage/ Security / Governance/ Operations or Migrations
Designed, built /or managed cloud environments and solutions in the past
