We are thrilled to announce this exciting role within our Product Design & Asset Management Team where you will be able to create excellent value by contributing your own innovative ideas. You will be working together with the teams that develop processes, methods, standards and tech tools to get the most value from the opportunities that comes with 3D and other digital product creation tech.

Product Creation is one of five value streams in the central function Product Offer, Development & Support (POD&S). This is a key function that enables us to create desirable products our customers love, combining fashion and quality at the best price in a sustainable way. The function is a center of excellence for product creation and assortment planning, driving business development, using forward-leaning work methods and tools, as well as tech development, change and innovation.
You would be joining the Product Design & Asset Management (PDAM) teams within the value stream. Our mission is to simplify, optimize, and bring creativity to the design and fit processes. We are dedicated to developing capabilities and assets that enable future-ready digital product creation, enabling us to deliver products that our customers love.
Job Description
Your focus will be on the 3D Avatar development process, oversee and drive the work of developing avatars for design, fit & beyond. You will work closely with our Body Owner and Body responsible representatives, Business units, POD&S Product teams and other stakeholders. You will work with others to identify, explore and research different solutions around Avatar development.
We think you are a connector and collaborator who can build trust and relationships with energy and drive. You are solution-focused, willing to get hands-on solving any problems needed to make the team move forward. You have a deep understanding of avatar creation, the business problems surrounding this and how to transfer them into logical solutions. Furthermore, you are detail-oriented yet able to see the long-term vision. We also believe you have:
Key Responsibilities
• Create avatars in tight cooperation with the business.
• Develop Avatar & fit standards.
• Build Avatar pipelines to efficiently produce avatars at scale.
• Central Avatar contact within the business (both here and now and future).
• Connect & communicate with stakeholders to secure the needs and be updated prioritizations from the Business.
• Incorporate feedback on technical & fit related requirements from stakeholders into avatar development.
Qualifications
• Holistic understanding of the avatar creation process in a fashion context and the fashion development process in general.
• Exceptional understanding of form, anatomy, and silhouette in regard to 3D sculpting.
• Proficient in 3D Modelling, Sculpting, Retopology, Rigging and Character Animation (3+ years).
• Experienced in Processing 2D & 3D Size Data, Virtual Fit, working with mocap data, Asset texturing, PBR texturing, Next generation asset creation pipelines.
• Profound understanding in Pattern Making & Grading.
Language skills: Proficient in English
Required cloud certification: Cloud fundamentals
