hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Mediplast AB i Malmö In the exciting role as Availability & Inside Sales Specialist at Mediplast, you will work in a high pace and dynamic environment. You will work in close cooperation with our sales force, Customer Service and Tender department when it comes to back order management, customer support and inside sales activities.
Areas of responsibility will be to independently monitor customer development regarding backorders, reporting and forecast. You will be the first point of contact with our customers to resolve non-order related queries and resolve back order issues together with the customer.
Other tasks included:
Promote selected products by inside sales activities.
Respond directly to customer inquiries related to products.
Keep track and monitor customer ordering patterns vs. forecast.
Work with customer and Tender dept. to adjust and correct Mediplast forecast.
Contact customers actively for selected products and drive sales and other communication.
The position is a temporary position for 12 months.
About you
We believe you have previous experience from tender and/or purchasing processes as well as knowledge of the healthcare industry and general sales processes. Furthermore, we believe that you have a proactive approach and a strong will to drive development.
For you, high quality, precision, and structure is important. IT proficiency in Excel Advanced level and ERP systems is also mandatory for this position. You are prestigeless, solution-oriented and have good communication skills. For this position, fluent Swedish and English is mandatory, both written and spoken. We expect that you will act with high degree of independence and take initiative to find solutions for the customer.
