About the Assignment
You will join a cross-functional product team within the automotive industry, focusing on interior lighting and related in-vehicle functions. The team develops and quality-assures software functionality for interior illumination in close collaboration with software, hardware, system design, test facilities and program management in an international environment.
Job DescriptionPlan, execute and follow up software testing for interior lighting functionality.
Verify solutions in HIL environments and in vehicles.
Work closely with function owners, system design engineers, software developers and test engineers to secure approved test results.
Create and maintain automated test cases as part of CI workflows.
Collect logs, analyze test outcomes and troubleshoot issues.
Support the development of robust technical solutions together with software and hardware product teams.
RequirementsBachelor of Science or Master of Science in Electronics, Software, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
Experience in software testing within automotive SW/electrical development.
Experience from vehicle development programs within the automotive industry.
Experience working in HIL environments, including dSPACE and Vector HIL.
Experience with vehicle verification, SWDL and log collection.
Knowledge of Matlab Simulink.
Experience with CI and creating automated test cases.
Experience with Vector tools such as CANalyzer, CANoe and CAPL.
Knowledge of communication networks such as LIN, CAN, Ethernet and SomeIP.
Experience in diagnostics and signaling.
Experience with CarWeaver or an equivalent requirement handling system.
Experience in system safety and ISO 26262.
