hela Sverige As a Test developer in the automotive domain, you will work with a team of the most competent programmers in the country, in their respective fields. The technology is what is important, but the passion for embedded systems is what takes the field forward.
About the work
Along with experienced programmers, you will develop the client's products. Mainly you will focus on developing new products, but the job also requires maintenance to some extent. The focus will be on test and Quality Assurance (QA).
As an automotive test and QA engineer you will (but not be limited to):
Perform tests on system level including integration and basetech testing
Define test cases
Write scripts for automated testing (e.g. in Python, m-script)
Further develop our automated test environment
Debug along with hardware and software engineers
Review requirements, industry standards and manuals
Verify compliance to automotive standards (ISO 26262, Autosar, etc)
Work with communication standards such as CAN, LIN, Flexray, Ethernet
Contribute to Test strategies
Based on background, interest and needs other work tasks can come into consideration as develop new software
Education & Experience Necessary For Success
Master's degree or equivalent education
Experience (5-10 years) within testing and/or SW Design
Experience in automated testing
Experience in working according to Agile Principles
Experience of CANoe, CANalyzer
Experience from MIL, SIL, and/or HIL simulators is a benefit
Good knowledge in English, written and spoken
Interest in test methods and tool trends in the market
