As Automation/Material Handling Equipment, MHE, IT Test Leader for our SAP EWM area, within IT Logistics Service Area Warehouse Online you will, together with a great team, work in line with IT2020 to take our warehouse solutions for online to the next level.
Here you become part of our online expansion and a great team that is working with lots of cross dependencies, focused on delivering IT services that support our business to fulfill our company's vision. The One WMS project deliver one global template for our warehouses within both Store and Online channels. The solution is based on SAP EWM and a wide range of new and existing surrounding systems.
Within Logistics Warehouse Online you will work with various expansion- and business improvement projects as well as securing and improving our maintenance solutions. Most of these are part of H&Ms strategically important programs. All our projects involve external suppliers and many internal stakeholders. You make sure that the solutions work end-to-end with an emphasis on the Warehouse Logistics.
Your main responsibility is to lead and manage the planning, preparation and execution of test within the Warehouse Management System and to ensure the quality of the delivered solution. You will coordinate testing with other Test Leads and work closely with Requirement Analysts, Application Experts, Developers and our System Integrator.
We believe that to be successful in this role you need to have experience and knowledge from the Logistics area. You will have a great level of independence in your role as Test Leader, and we expect you to act and be confident in your leadership.

Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Test Leader comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Responsible for creating the MHE Test Plan according to H&M standard templates
• Follow up and monitor MHE supplier's own tests
• Responsible for handing over the test data requirements MHE has for both supplier's own tests and for H&M's tests to Test Data Coordinator
• Involved in all test phases where MHE or WCS emulator/simulator/test system delivered by MHE supplier is part
• Responsible for resource planning and lead the MHE test organization.
• Follow up on open defects towards MHE supplier
• Plan and sync the test activities together with MHE supplier as well as Test leads for adjacent systems
• Report Request for Change (when identified by the MHE test stream) to MHE Project Manager
• Experience from Logistics and Warehouse Management Systems, especially SAP EWM is qualifying
• Experience from warehouse automation or material handling equipment
• Experience from plan and implement way of working
• Experience from delivery by system integrator
• Experience from working within Supply chain/Logistics
• Experience from Integrated Enterprise solutions
• Experience from of working with services and vendors
• Experience from software development project, standard system implementation and/or from Roll out of Global Solutions
• You are driven, well-structured in your work and excellent in fact-based decision-making
• Able to both work both operational and strategically and easily switch between the two
• You have a holistic view and are proactive
• Experience from tools as ALM and JIRA
• Great ability to communicate in Swedish and English is a must
