As our Automation Office Manager, you will lead and build a competent and motivated team of automation engineers. Enabling customers to leverage the power of the B&R portfolio of automation hardware and soft-ware during development of new machines and automation features.
Your main task will be to coach, develop and motivate your team to deliver excellent software and customer support.
Your responsibilities
Lead and develop the automation engineering team together with the Automation Engineering Manager.
Plan and oversee customer projects from concept to implementation, including choice of technologies and resource allocation.
Collaborate and coordinate with other teams at B&R to ensure that projects and opportunities are pro-gressing successfully.
Provide the team with technical expertise, experience and leadership during the opportunity phase.
Take responsibility for the recruitment process of new team members with the purpose of building and developing a competent team capable of meeting tomorrows needs of our customers.
Various administrative tasks like PDAs, salary talks, budget and approval of time and expenses.
Your background
A master's or bachelor's degree in relevant field and 8 years of experience from the industrial automa-tion field.
Extensive experience as an Automation Engineer, preferably with B&R products.
Extensive experience of working directly with customers.
Experience of leading projects and teams.
The role will require traveling mainly in Sweden.
Good verbal and written Swedish and English skills are required.
