Description of the UnitGroup IT is a function hosted in Business Area Managed Services with the aim to shape and execute our digital strategy, vision and to ensure cross-functional execution. Automation & AI is a key theme of Ericsson Digital Transformation and Group IT continues to build up world class competence in this area to drive business transformation, and to ensure secure and scalable development, deployment and continued operations of automations.This position will be reporting to the Head of Automation & AI Transformation.The position is to be held in Sweden (Kista) to be close to the team and stakeholders and to minimize internal travel. Job DescriptionThe Automation & AI Change Manager will be a key member of the Automation Transformation team. The individual will be responsible for driving change management and communication activities and support automation and transformation journey cross organization. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in communication and digital marketing through social media professional channels (e.g. Yammer, LinkedIn, etc.).The role demands considerable flexibility in quickly adapting to shifting needs, and is expected to effectively cover a range of responsibilities including, but not limited to:Lead the approach in managing internal channels to ensure maximum reach, impact and engagement, including: AEMs \ Unit employee events, newsletters, live webcasts, video recording & production and web management responsibilityProject Management capabilities enabling successful internal big events and workshopsAct as senior advisor to the Automation Leadership Team members on all internal communication matters.Drive clarity and confidence as well as engagement from the employees in Ericsson's Automation teamLead the creation of efficient ways of working, reuse of available assets and best practices and synchronize communications to increase impact and avoid information overload for the organizationLead the activation of internal communications and engagement change management programs towards targeted organization within your scopeShare continuous feedback and best practice within the Automation CommunityShare knowledge and collaborate with Automation Community membersBAs/functional management change management advisor role to ensure successful automation journeysApply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by transformation projectsComplete change management assessmentsSupport stakeholders and transformation leads to Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tacticsCreate actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan QualificationsWe have high expectations on you as an individual, to bring a good combination of broad-based business, leadership, and functional experience:Change & leadership communicationCommunication knowledge & skills for professionalsProject management skillsDigital Marketing skillsPresentation skillsExcellent English skills (spoken and written)Ericsson knowledgeRelationship buildingExperience working in a dynamic and fast-moving environmentLeadership skillsStakeholder managementUniversity degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent training/experience5+ years of related experienceBusiness Understanding and experience in Telecom and IT industryCreative, innovative, self-driven with a challenger mindset Since this process is ongoing please send in your application as soon as possible.
