• Excellent knowledge about commerciality, potential of automation, customer, and co-worker needs, demands and expectations in an omnichannel environment.
• Excellent competence in automation deployment, interacting with vendors and integrators, creating processes and structure for automation deployment, finding synergies in deployment activities, create the environment for speedy and high-quality automation deployments by plan, steer and execute automation deployment projects.
• Broad knowledge of financial implications, business case creation and key performance measurements used to plan, follow up and steer the business with a customer-centric approach

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
• Lead, coach and develop the Group Automation Integration function and provide support and guidance to the respective country function to secure an inspiring and motivating environment where people and talent are continuously developed including long-term competence building and succession planning, diversity, and inclusion.
• Act as a proactive member of Fulfilment Unit Development & Deployment Management team, contribute to the overall functional agenda.
• Actively collaborate with key partners on Group level while representing Customer Fulfilment and Development & Deployment in related forums and decision bodies
• In close collaboration with all global stakeholders secure a coherent and excellent customer experience and journey within the context of all development initiatives.
• Responsible for securing deployment of Fulfilment unit automation solutions, through matching problem statement of individual project to decided Fulfilment Unit solution portfolio, identifying, evaluating, and scaling best practices.
• Accountable to transfer the developed automation portfolio into deployable solutions, securing all required information, support available and maintaining the automation deployment process leading to an efficient and speedy deployment of automation solutions in the countries.
• Responsible to align direction and priorities on deploying fulfilment unit automation solutions to achieve set goals, optimize value and create a fulfilment unit deployment roadmap balancing needs and available capacity within the expansion process.
• Responsible to stay updated on the latest decided Fulfilment Unit solution portfolio and evaluate ongoing automation deployment initiatives in the IKEA expansion process for the use of best suited solutions and secure current commitments are achieved, risks are identified, and blockers are resolved while improvements are being made.
• Responsible for verifying plausibility of created business cases, giving guidance for the creation of automation solution business cases for Fulfilment unit automation solution deployment, and work in close cooperation with the Fulfilment unit Development & Deployment team to follow up and validate the return of investment (ROI) of the business cases.
This is a permanent role, based either in Malmö or Amsterdam.
