Our client within the Automotive Industry is looking for a SFC Product - Owner & Tester with programming experience from the entire ERP & MES communication chain through Virtual Device down to receiving PLC code. We call this interface SFC (Shop Floor Control) and the VD (Virtual Device) together with VDcom, is the software that performs the actual communication.
Main tasks:
Our machining and assembly equipment is increasingly connected to mainframe IT systems. Status monitoring and traceability becomes more important and decisions previously made by the local equipment are moved upwards into the MES system. You will run a project to group a number of applications within the SFC area to a product with a product owner. This means start up work for the new structure.
• Structure SFC SharePoint and Backlog Tools
• Map Legacy - VDcom specifications
• Create documentation / training materials / presentation material regarding SFC
Initially hold the roles
• SFC Product - Owner
• SFC Product - Tester
Participate in the work to develop a long-term plan for the different roles
Qualifications
Knowledge in PLC development tools
• Siemens S7classic
• Siemens Sinumerik
• Siemens TIA
Specialist knowledge in the following applications
• VDcom
• Virtual Device
• Baby Host
• PRIME
Experience from
• Automation
• Machine communication (ISO on TCP)
• Production processes
