Job Description
We are a devoted team, working within the food industry, together with our customers around the globe. We help our customers readjust to a sustainable future, new demands and our projects vary from greenfield to brownfield. Today, we are a team of curious Project Leaders, Process Engineers and of course Electrical- and Automation Engineers. Our Malmö-based Automation team is now looking for a new colleague, interested in working in Mälardalen and expanding our automation business there. We are looking for a new colleague, eager to build and develop relationships within the food industry in the region. Though, you will have a great team of Food and Pharma colleagues from other disciplines in Mälardalen, such as Process, Quality and Project Management. Did we mention that our Head Quarter is in Solna.

We have a well-defined quality system and project methodology, that gives us the opportunity to offer our customers a complete application-solution, including test, commissioning, quality assurance and documentation. We work according to standards and guidelines such as; ISA S88, ISA S95 and GAMP.
This role is based at AFRY's Solna office, but the role will include travel within and outside of Sweden.
Qualifications
We are looking for an Automation Engineer, who is up for a new challenge and helping us finding new opportunities and projects in Mälardalen. Though you are not alone. You will be part of a team where we work close together, cross functional as well as in our own automation projects and consultancy assignments.
Here's the kind of experience and competences we think you bring with you:
5+ years experience from industrial automation
Experience from the process industry, and it is really great if it is from the Food and Pharma industry.
Experience from networking and sales in Mälardalen. It is really great if you already have established relationships and a network within the food industry in this region.
Experience from working in projects and it's great if you have a good understanding of the other technical disciplines.
Experience and knowledge of PLC or SCADA or DCS-system, such as Siemens S7, WinCC, TIA-portal, PCS7, ABB 800xA or Sattline. Or maybe Rockwell, Schneider or Aveva System.
Fluency in English, written and spoken. It is really great if you speak and write Swedish as well.
B-drivers license, since shorter and longer travels will be part of the work, occasionally.
To thrive in the role, you need to be a self-starter with a great drive, comfortable working independently as well as in teams. In our projects, we work together, though we trust in your ability to take responsibility in your projects and region. To drive our business forward and finding new opportunities comes natural to you. You work in structured way and of course you deliver upon agreed scope, budget and time frames. You are analytical and have the ability to take the big picture into consideration without loosing track of your continuous delivery. It comes natural to you to adjust to new pre-conditions.
