Job Summary
The team Automation Engineering TF Lund which are responsible for the embedded automation in the Tetra Pak A1 and A3CF filling machines belongs to the Development and Technology organisation.
Our main responsibility is to secure that the software and hardware quality and design are in line with the technical road map we have defined. We are responsible for both the development, continues improvement and maintenance of the machine specification.
As automation engineer in a multi discipline scrum team you will deliver automation solutions with your technical abilities to solve technical problems, lead and execute engineering tasks.
Deliver tasks according to expected quality, cost and time within Product Development, Technology Development, Product Life Cycle and Product Extensions activities.
This is a permanent position based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
Deliver top quality automation solutions in a global environment within a development team.
The main purpose of this role is:
To design and validate automation solutions according to corporate standards and product specification internally and in partnership with suppliers, specialist, and consultants.
To document and release design within specified areas according to legal requirements and corporate standards.
To calculate, simulate, analyse, and prove design before testing and manufacturing.
You will be working closely with:
Own team consisting of Automation designers, Mechanical designers, Test engineers, Development engineers.
Other departments at Tetra Pak such as services, production, market companies
We believe you have
You have an industrial automation background both in theory and practically.
You have a university degree from a relevant faculty for automation
You speak and write English fluent and comfortably
You are a person with high technology interest and are passionate about automating functions and designs. Have structure and quality in your work to be able to collaborate in a team to deliver results on time. You also have ability to plan and follow up your own work to be transparent with progress to ensure excellent team collaboration
Furthermore, we also believe that you have excellent analytical skills to evaluate and assess issues or design solutions.
