You are innovative and constantly searching for new innovative ways of manufacturing, automation and digitalization. You have a problem-solving mindset with the hands-on ability to design and construct mechanical setups, measurement rigs etc.
You probably have a technical background within mechanical engineering, automation or process development or similar with several years of experience of production process and process development. You thrive in a challenging environment where you will constantly break new ground. You have a high degree of adaptability and capacity to work independently. Epishine is a sustainable company and we are looking for the challenger to be just as committed to successfully achieving team and company goals as he/she is for personal goals.
Experience from roll to roll processing, and printed electronics, are of course meritorious and we believe you have some experience in designing/developing software and hardware.
English is the preferred language at Epishine and communicating with your fellow co-workers is key.
The mission
Your mission will include securing high degree of automation, developing large scale production process steps to make our LEH Module cost efficient and cost competitive in large volumes. You will work hands on with large scale production processes and independently plan, execute, and analyze process tests. You will design, develop and implement smart solutions for roll-to-roll production processes, with a special focus on conversion processes. You will actively search and evaluate different production technologies to secure that our manufacturing has a high degree of digitalization and automation. You will take lead in upgrade and procurement processes in close contacts with international machine suppliers.
You will be a part of the Conversion Development -team and will work closely with the other parts of the Process development team.
