Main responsibilities;
To proactively analyze, identify, quantify and drive waste identification and areas of improvement in all relevant functional areas
Design and implement efficient solutions that meet the requirements from customers and stakeholders, and which are extensible and easily maintained
Run digitization projects within the company to drive effort and cost reduction and timely report to management on these metrics on company savings
Independently manage automation projects driving stakeholder management and timeline adherence in an agile way
Take responsibility for data collection, analysis and reporting, and communicate analytics around automation platform and provide recommendations for optimization
Promote standardization for reliable and error-free services and support the adoption and exchange of best practices through cross functional collaboration
Prepare training material and resources for internal stakeholders to support the long-term adoption and integration of automation and digitization into our business processes.
Drive the culture and mindset of continuous improvement, and apply best practices in Project Management methodology to optimize results.
We are looking for
Bachelor's Degree in a related business area is preferred
Fleble and independent, able to work with stakeholders all over the world
Minimum of 3 years' experience in logistics role in at least 2 functional areas (or more).
Composure under pressure and ability to multitask and manage multiple deadines
Coaching skills - able to train, coach, and develop team members
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
