Do you have experience from product development, project management, car industry or subscription services? As Auto Product Development Manager for subscription, you will drive the commercial development as well as product development of the identified subscription offering. This will call for a strong commercial acumen along with an ability to define clear and achievable roadmaps for development. You will work in an open and transparent environment where feedback in all forms in encouraged.
In this role you are expected to create long-term value and opportunities for the subscription service by improving existing and by introducing new features to the service. Furthermore, you are expected to create and maintain a strong external network withing the subscription area, continuously building the Santander subscription brand in the market. In addition to this, a key part of the role will also be to act as an ambassador of the service towards internal stakeholders, locally, in the Nordics but also towards HQ Whilst the starting point of the role is to build and succeed with subscription within the Norwegian market, the expectation is also that the service should be scaled to other Nordic countries in the future
Your Qualifications and Skills
Strong knowledge of product development, projects, process/system improvements and innovation
Strong knowledge of the financial services industry and auto/unsecured lending / marketing
Strong analytics and financial skills
Strong communication and facilitation skills at all levels of the organization
Strong knowledge within IT, digital and technical disciplines
Excellent knowledge of auto loan/leasing/fleet products, processes, and systems
Knowledge of Agile principles / Service Design / Behavior Design
Personal Characteristics

Education
Relevant bachelor's in economics, administration, project management or engineering
