Summary of Job Description:
• Responsible for planning and managing quality inspections at suppliers and other contracted companies and follow up observations of these
• Responsible for planning, preparing and performing self-inspections and follow up of observations
• Responsible for establishing and keeping current procedures for inspection activities
• Responsibility for the quality contracts with providers and other contracted companies
• Supplier contacts related to quality issues on components used in production
• Follow up the inspection process, the effectiveness and shortcomings identified and report to management
Requirements
• Graduated preferably in science
• International health care company preferably surgical medical device
• In depth knowledge of current techniques
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task
Education and experience
• University degree within pharmacy, chemistry or biology and experience from working with quality within drug industry or medical industry is a requirement.
• AMOs quality system cover GMP for drugs and Medical Devise and also ISO 13485 and since we do inspections on this, experience from these systems is a requirement.
• Experience to lead vendor inspections as an independent Lead Auditor is required
• You need to have a great talent to express yourself clearly in Swedish and in English, both spoken and in the inspections reports.
Personnel qualities
• As an auditor you represent AMO with our vendors and at the same time you shall secure the demands that are essential to our product and identify possible defects in their quality systems. Therefore you must have an interest in humans and be able to cooperate with vendors and at the same time be able to keep your integrity as an auditor.
• You have to be able to push through, enjoy performing to achieve high standards and be able to deliver on time. Cooperation ability beyond the ordinary is a requirement.
