Are you an audience savvy individual with a passion for breaking silos between teams? Do you want to be the change agent working across teams to enable different channels to become more powerful and relevant based on signals from another?
As anyone in marketing knows nailing down a cross-channel strategy has never been more critical. Brands connecting these pieces together more seamlessly delivers an even better consumer experience, and as a result, improve the performance of each touchpoint. This is where you come in.
We are therefore looking to extend our consumer engagement team, with a future-proofed Audience Expert. The right candidate is a next generation marketer with high ambitions, an appetite for building cross channel brand experiences and an urge to set a firm footprint on the future of a customer centric Electrolux.

You should have a profound understanding of brand building, consumer journeys and a strong media performance mindset. Hands-on experience is a requirement to guide the activation of complex integrated campaigns, across customer touchpoints and media channels.

Develop and manage a cross channel audience activation and framework for the European marketing teams.
• Lead to create cross channel multi-source audiences and enable internal teams into activating them appropriately and regularly
• Incorporate intent into audience targeting and retargeting to efficiently reach high-value consumers on across channels
• Discover new audiences based on the traits and profiles of your top customers to bid more effectively
• Engage and build lifetime value with customers across channels and devices
• Identify and analyze internal, external or multi-source audience data and opportunities that support business decision and campaigns, from planning phases through activation
• Be the subject matter expert in cross channel audience data management and insights - build a learning agenda to evangelize audience management best practices and educate marketers
• Help define and manage processes to continually maintain and improve audience cross functional usage and quality
• Together with the Cross channel Analyst develop an audience measurement framework and define a roadmap to reach identified KPIs across marketing tech stack. Work in sync with other channel stakeholders to leverage and standardize processes
• Contribute in integration of new 2nd and 3rd party data partnerships to improve audiences performance, scale and quality
• Team up with internal stakeholder partners and vendors to ensure compliance associated with data-sharing, data-ingestion and data-transfer processes

Minimum requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional related experience in Adtech or audience building
• Proficiency in audience related technologies such as DMPs, match partners, ad servers/DSPs/exchanges
• Familiar with digital audience targeting capabilities, digital advertising ecosystem and CRM onboarding partners
• Experience with syndicated research and local data partners/tools as well as consumer and market research practices will be a plus.
