Attribute Leader Ergonomics
The Ergonomics attribute team belongs to the Customer Experience Attributes, and is responsible to set requirements and secure fulfillment of the customer's physical experience for complete vehicle. At CEVT, the Ergonomic attribute is divided in to three sub-attributes: Ergonomic accommodation, Daily Life Usage and Visibility. We are know looking for a curious, driven and social new team member to strengthen the ergonomic team.

Responsibilities and tasks
* Build knowledge regarding competitor set level.
* Develop CEVT ergonomics requirements
* Conducts complete vehicle review on virtual data and document the result.
* Report status of Ergonomic attribute to line organization & project management.
* Be a core team member in the Ergonomic team and work cross-functional throughout the team areas.

Requirements
* Practical and theoretical knowledge of product development and manufacturing.
* Practical and theoretical knowledge within ergonomic area, human factors engineering or equivalent knowledge/experience.
* Knowledge in Catia, Ramsis is a merit
* Experience and ability to lead tasks.
* Experience of performing visualization of 3D data within the attribute area.
* Ability to find solutions to technical problems.
* English spoken and written.
* Good communication skills
* Cultural awareness, especially Asian - European culture
