We currently have the following job opening;
Attribute Leader - Functions
As Attribute Leader for Functions you are overall responsible for achieving a correctly compiled Function content list ensuring that the final product corresponds to the market and technical specifications as well as target user needs and expectations.
The general work method is to collect information from the World Wide Product Program (WWPP) list and break it down to defined Functions with a dedicated Function Owner. Once the first version is released the next assignment is to keep the list updated based on Content Change Requests released by the project and marketing departments.
Responsibilities and tasks
• Compile WWPP and break down to Function list within platform and top hat projects.
• Add correct Function Owners to each Function.
• Continously update Function list for each project based on Content Change Requests (CCR) released by the projects.
• Control the content in the generic function list, including Function owners.
• Support the cooperation between CEVT Sweden and CEVT China teams.
• Follow overall time plans for attribute deliveries during the project phases, drawing release, verification, launch etc. from project start to start of production.
• Communicate Function list to Design and Engineering Function Owners.
• Populate and create Function list content and test methods in relevant databases.
• Follow up and document verification plans for the Function verification.
• Summarize and conclude overall timing, status, issues and solution proposals for presentation of the Functions attribute to project and in Design Verification Reviews.
• Summarize Function performance at the end of project for final performance presentation.
• Populate requirements and test method database.
• Support in planning benchmark of new technology and competitor performance.
Profile and Background
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering (Engineering Physics, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial)
• Strong analytic and problem solving mindset
• Strong personal drive and motivation with ability to take initiative and drive issues
• Self-starter with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, growing and developing organization.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to interact effectively with colleagues and design engineers
• Knowledge of automotive architecture definitions, standards and requirements
• Interested in automotive industry.
• Passion for engineering and product excellence
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
• You have an openness and awareness of Asian, European and foreign cultures.
