Your Passion
As an Atlassian Solution Expert at Bisnode you are responsible for the Atlassian Suite configuration throughout the organisation. As a part of the Atlassian Team you help with your experience and huge involvement, how Bisnode can continuously improve the way of working, by collecting requirements, user stories and wishes and translate them into technical workflows and configurations within the Atlassian world.
Concretely, this job is about:
• Assist Bisnode teams in using the Atlassian suite and coaching them in the agile way of working together with our agile experts
• Work with the incident and problem processes and work with strategic thinking and documentation
• Analysis of faults and problems, elaboration of possible solutions with implementation proposals as well as remedying faults and restoring the service
• Coordination and communication with service providers and with internal customers
• Licence handling for the products in the Atlassian Suite
• Holding presentations, workshops and educations for new users and handle user access
• Automate processes and workflows and handle interfaces and connectors
• Evaluating new add-ons when there is an interest from the users
• Support the journey to consolidate different Atlassian environment to one
• Handle support questions from all Atlassian tools users within Bisnode group
• Coordinate technical activities (like upgrading, migrating and keep it up to date)
• Analysis of trends and risks as well as the creation of forecasts and changes in requirements, considering the effort and costs required
You and your experience
The secret to being successful as an Atlassian Solution Expert is managing expectations and making sure everyone understands the way of working with Atlassian Suite tools. Communication and visibility are key getting this to work. You can use all sorts of tools to keep users in the loop and discover more all the time. Keep a tool box of programs, bulletin boards, white boards and anything else you can think of and keep them up-to-date. You act as an adviser to the Jira users and have a very good understanding of all the parts available and used.
Since we're working in virtual teams spread over Europe, we also value your experience from working in a similar environment with larger projects. This position requires fluent English, other languages like Swedish advantageous.
As an Atlassian Solution Expert, we want you to have:
• Knowledge in the Atlassian eco system i.e. products and add-ons
• Good knowledge in JIRA Software, Servicedesk, Confluence, Bitbucket and Bamboo
• Interest to learn and get deeper knowledge in Atlassian Suite
• Sharing knowledge and documentation
• Experience/knowledge in agile methodology
• Solution oriented and driven
• Team player and following best practices when configuring Atlassian Suite
This position is placed in Solna in Sweden. We ask you to have permanent residence in Sweden.
