Position
Outpost24 is currently looking for a Atlassian Administrator to join our Development Team. Here you have the opportunity to join an international team working with the future development of security platform and engage as a key player in the success of increasing the functionality in our already awarded application. The Atlassian Administrator will be responsible for design, implementation and maintenance of the Atlassian software products at Outpost24. You will engage with cross functional stakeholders to understand the business need and translate them to Jira Projects.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Act as a subject matter expert for Atlassian products Jira (Business, Software & Service Desk) and Confluence
Drive projects from design, through planning and execution
Improve and evolve existing Jira projects and confluence spaces
Take lead on implementation and maintenance of new and existing integrations
Continuously work on improving security, automations, workflows, permissions across different projects
Set up sandbox environments to deploy and test Atlassian software updates before deploying them to production systems
Educate different teams on using Atlassian products to improve overall understanding and efficiency
Requirements
Hold a Jira (Atlassian) Administrator Certification
Experience in working with Atlassian installations, migrations, and plug-in installation
Experienced in working with integrations between Atlassian products (Jira, Service Desk, Confluence) and other third-party products/services (salesforce, Jitterbit, etc)
Good Interpersonal Skills
Proficient in English both spoken and written as this is the corporate language.
Programming/Scripting skills
